Anyia was born, raised and educated in Milwaukee. She is a passionate political organizer dedicated to empowering residents and building grassroots power across her city.
She has led field organizing campaigns in key local and state elections and trained new leaders through transformative youth advocacy programs.
At her core, she believes in the transformative power of grassroots organizing. She sees political education as a necessary strategy for the liberation of communities historically pushed to the margins. With an unwavering focus on inclusion and equity, she remains committed to building a more engaged Milwaukee, one conversation at a time.
