2023-2025 Strategic Plan
Background
In 2022, the African American Roundtable (AART) retained a consultant to assist in the development of a multi-year plan for the next phase of AART’s organizational development. AART’s planning team worked with the consultant from summer 2022 to spring 2023 to develop a three-year strategic plan. This process included two multi-stakeholder retreats with members, staff and board - and considerable work between the retreats. Here's a snapshot of our goals and priorities for the next three years as well as some of our early successes. We invite you to follow along on our journey!
