AART-fully inspired

By Maleisha Reedy

AART’s Liberation Roadmap continued leading our Milwaukee community along a transformative journey and this time, to resilience. Surrounded by contemporary furnishings, historic architectural touches and nostalgic Milwaukee curated art in the collaborative space of ThriveOn King, we all leaned in a little more closely to ourselves as we listened to therapist and embodiment facilitator, Prentis Hemphill on what it takes to heal ourselves so that we can transform the world. We walked away feeling joyous, inspired and ready to weave the golden nuggets of wisdom from Prentis into our daily practices of resilience. We acknowledged that while transformation is an individual journey, collaboration and a supportive community is fuel along the way.

Thank you to the Greater Milwaukee Foundation for supporting our mission and being a part of our community. Thank you ThriveOn King for welcoming us into your beautiful space. Thank you to each of our program sponsors and event underwriters:
